 I bought these full coverage briefs for my third trimester. The higher waistband gives extra support to my growing tummy and sore back. Prior to pregnancy I had a muffin top and these really help with making me look smooth in maternity pants and not cutting my stomach in half. I highly recommend them.Great for maternity leggings,maternity pants or maternity shorts. 
 
 
 
 I am 4.5 months pregnant and weigh 158lbs and got a medium. This is the best maternity underwear of all! I love that it covers my belly bump. They are seamless & look nice & smooth under clothing. They are also super comfortable post partem especially if you have a C section. Most maternity underwear has a seam that feels abrasive over C sections, but not these. These are great.
